Please do not send medical details, children's dates of birth, or personal documents through the contact form. - Worksheet downloads: we count downloads in aggregate. We do not ask you to create an account. - Optional contributions: payment details are processed securely by our payment provider (Stripe). We never see or store credit card numbers. What we never do - We do not publish children's photos, names, or personal profiles on this website. - We do not sell personal information. - We do not use website analytics or advertising trackers unless they are explicitly enabled, in which case a consent notice is shown first. How we use enquiries Enquiry details are used only to respond to you and are visible only to the daycare owner in the secure admin area. We keep enquiries for up to 24 months, then delete them, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Your rights You may ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact details for such requests will be published here once confirmed by the owner. Changes If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page.
